Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Closeout items (clearly marked as final sale)
  • Used paddles or paddle parts (due to wear considerations)
  • Custom or personalized items

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization (if approved)
  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved:

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories and documentation
  • Ship to the provided address using a trackable method
  • Keep your shipping receipt until your return is processed

Refund Process

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Credit card/PayPal payments: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Your bank may take additional 3-5 business days to post the credit.
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:
